What colors do the sparklers come in?


Gold only, silver sparklers have not been available since 2001. There are some websites selling sparklers that burn red, blue and green, but these are bamboo handled, smoke heavily, and drop lots of embers. We won't have anything to do with those.



How long after I submit my order will it take to receive them?


All orders received by 1:00 eastern time ship out the same day. Depending on where you live, it will take 1-5 business days for them to arrive.



That's not fast enough, I need them overnighted! ASAP! Please!


Sorry, but due to regulations, we can only ship them by UPS ground. But even with ground, we may still be able to get them to you in time. Give give us a call at 800-990-4510 if you're ordering these at the last minute.



Are the sparklers difficult to light?


The larger 20" and 36" sparklers don't light easily with a match or lighter. But lighting them with another sparkler is a piece of cake. For this reason we include with each order of 20" and 36" inch sparklers one pack of 8" sparklers at no additional charge. These light very easily with either a match or lighter. Just light these smaller sparklers first, then use them to light the larger ones. Just be sure whoever you put in charge of lighting the sparklers know about this lighting procedure (but don't worry, it's not brain surgery).



How long can I store my sparklers?


As long as you keep them dry, sparklers will store for years.



Do you accept returns?


Of course. You may return complete boxes of sparklers for a full refund, less the shipping charges, within 14 days of the purchase date. Just contact us at 800-990-4510 to schedule a return.
